Growing up as a queer kid in rural Ontario, I spent most of my youth in sitting under a tree with one hand flipping through the pages of a book and the other brushing paint over canvas as I immersed myself in various mythical worlds. I became inspired by the symbiosis of storytelling and art - dreaming that one day, I would conjure up worlds of my own.
I work across digital, watercolour, and acrylic mediums, creating commissioned work including portraits, cover designs, branding, photography, and illustrations for poetry collections.
My first published work, Temporary Forever, is a collection of poetry and illustrations created in collaboration with my best friend and co-author, Devon Attaei. Its success as an Amazon best-seller and its reach to readers worldwide affirmed my love for storytelling and my commitment to creating meaningful work that offers light to those who feel lost in the dark.
At the moment, I am working on my very first fiction novel and continuing to search for all creative opportunities.
